Terms & Conditions

1. Existing Stock Ordering Info:
JuzMyChild will mail out all orders within two (2) working days upon receiving the payment from buyer. All items are checked against any manufacturing defects before delivering the items to you.

2. Pre-Order Ordering Info:
  - JuzMyChild reserve the rights to cancel PreOrder if the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is not met. If item is OUT OF STOCK, we will refund 100% immediately upon confirmation from supplier.
  - Please order only if you are comfortable with the shipment timeline stated.
  - Upon receiving the stocks, we will mail out all orders within two (2) working days.

3. Delivery Mode / Postage Info:
To avoid orders delivered to wrong address, kindly confirm your full delivery address, recipient name and mobile number.
  - Local Normal Postage charges are waived as part of the opening promotion effort.
  - Registered mail is an additional SGD$2.50 unless otherwise stated.
  - Upgrade from normal local mail delivery to registered mail delivery when you purchased SGD$88 and above.
  - Personal delivery to your address @ SGD$5/trip (For Woodlands, Yishun, and Sembawang addresses). For order delivery to your doorstep, kindly enquire for delivery rates.
  - Self-collection option is provided as well.

4. Payment Info:
Payment has to be made to account no:
032-89655-3 (POSB Savings Account) within 48 hours after placing the order.
For local buyers, we accept payments via:-
  - Internet Fund Transfer, or
  - ATM Fund Transfer, or
  - ATM Deposit

After which payment has been made, kindly private message(pm) us or email us @ juzMyChild@yahoo.com.sg with the following information:
  - Amount Paid (SGD$),
  - Transaction Date & Time, and
  - Transaction Reference Number (for ATM transfers) or Name used for the transfer (for IB transfers)

5. Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy:-
  - STRICTLY NO refunds, cancellation or exchange after payment is made. If item is OUT OF STOCK, we will refund 100% immediately upon confirmation from supplier.
  - Goods sold are not refundable & exchangeable. We shall not be held responsibility for any damaged and not be liable for any loss of goods incurred during the delivery

process or inaccurate shipping address.

6. Product Info:
Colors of the items displayed online may be slightly different from the real product, due to resolution, lightings during the photo shoot.
